Exchange & Store Credit Policy

At Jacobi's Men's Fashions, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. We offer exchanges or store credit for items returned within seven (7) days of receipt.

Policy Overview

Please note: We do not offer cash refunds. All returns are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Exchange & Store Credit Guidelines

  • Return Timeframe: Exchanges and store credit requests must be initiated within seven (7) days of receiving your merchandise.
  • Store Credit Validity: Store credit issued is valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and may be applied toward any future purchase.
  • Condition Requirements: All merchandise must be returned in new, unworn condition with original tags attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are missing tags will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and store credit requests.

How to Process an Exchange or Request Store Credit

  1. Contact Our Team: Please contact us via email at jacob.bikfaya@gmail.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order to initiate your exchange or store credit request.
  2. Return Your Merchandise: Carefully package your item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached and ship to:

  3. Processing: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned merchandise, we will process your exchange or issue store credit accordingly.

Important Information

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the merchandise received was defective or shipped in error.
  • Final Sale Items: Merchandise designated as final sale is not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue store credit at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items with tags removed or damaged
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Any shoes
  • Items returned after the seven (7) day timeframe
